staying at home with the children!

Hello fellow men,

I'm in a happy relationship with my wife for over 10 years now and we already have 2 children. We are awaiting our third one and this time I also want to stay at home for some time. I want to support my wife and also see my children grow. I did miss a lot on it with my first two children and as it becomes more popular I thought now it's the time!

Anyways I want to be prepared, we already talked a lot and my wife really likes the idea a lot. She is due in about 10 days and now we are preparing everything in advance, or at least we try to.

We got already everything done on the room and clothing etc. However as she always stayed at home alone and was breast feeding we have now to look for some formula, I also want to be part in this part of being a parent and we want our baby to get used to formula from the beginning too so the change later is going to be smooth. My wife is going to stay home for 6 months and I cut down to 20 hours per week until I go an a dad's break for half a year.

Can you recommend a formula you already have experience with?

Hey Emil,

this is a great decision you won't regret! I'm a father of two and I did stay at home for several months with them too. Especially during the first year they grow and learn so fast. It is an amazing time you'll never forget.
My wife did use a breast bump but eventually we also did use formula after some time because bumping and working and feeding was to exhausting for her. To us the decision for a formula was pretty easy as our best friends did also formula feed and we supported them during their research process. Our choice was the European Hipp brand you can find on myorganicformula.com/. In generell I read a lot about the high quality of European brands in comparison to our brands. Just have a look at it and then decide if you want to try it.
